Efficient and professional staff. Felt seen and heard by Dr.
I felt that Dr Jones really took the time to ask questions, provide education and feedback on what is going on with me. He is very patient and as a female- I felt comfortable asking him questions. I am post menopausal and have alot of different things going on. He asked tons of questions and provided reasons why those things are all connected giving me real case scenarios of other patients. I felt seen, heard, validated, and am feeling hopeful/ excited for real solutions.
Dr Jones listened to me and put me at ease for my visit.. Very professional with a gregarious personality.
Finally! A doctor that will address my concerns instead of being more concerned about how to bill me. Dr Jones was direct, efficient, & knowledgeable.
I absolutely love seeing Dr. Jones he is always so kind and caring when I come see him. He was also one of my Favorite doctors to work with.
