I have had a great experience here over years. The online application for an appointment was easy. Dr Mack Murphy is a fantastic provider who works with you to achieve your goals without bias.
I had a mixed but ultimately disappointing experience here. I was initially referred by my PCP and told someone would call me to schedule, but no one ever did. I was also unable to reach a live person by phone, and when I submitted a message through their website, I received no response. Eventually, after leaving a voicemail, I did get a call back and was able to get an appointment scheduled relatively quickly. My biggest issue was communication. I have a really difficult time seeing a provider when their office staff is rude. Marissa was so frustrated with me for just asking a simple question about coming in as a new patient. She was unprofessional and is clearly empowered in her behavior to cut people off, and speak to grown women like they are children. Thanks for convincing me to find a better provider. These reviews confirmed it is the right thing to do.
I support pro-life doctors!
We have been coming here for years. Never any problems. New staff at the front desk were not very helpful. We were on time. Took over 20 min for the first appointment. Then had a 2nd appointment with the doctor to go over the results. Waited over 30 min for the doctor. No one will tell us when the doctor will even see us. We left. How rude of them. Very slow staff. They blamed it on their new system. 4 girls sitting at front desk just chit chatting the whole time. Not working.
