Dr. Krantz is the best. He's been my doctor for 14+ yrs. Delivered 2 of my children. Solved countless health related issues without even blinking. But he's out of the office for awhile and I had to see another doctor for my breast pain. Who sent me to Ohio health to get a mammogram & ultrasound. It took a month to get in. Still in pain the whole time. Results came back negative for cancer. Ok great but what's causing the pain? They told me to go back to my doctor. I call nurse's line to see what to do about the pain. Unfortunately after many attempts and over a month of trying to have my records sent over to be sent here, Avina has stopped returning my calls. I’m in my third trimester and recently moved. I have tried everything and have received confirmation from my old OB that they faxed over my records three times. Avina can never seem to locate them. They also claim there is no other way to receive my records. I’m currently traveling very far to continue appointments at my previous OB because I can’t seem to get this figured out.
