Unfortunately after many attempts and over a month of trying to have my records sent over to be sent here, Avina has stopped returning my calls. I’m in my third trimester and recently moved. I have tried everything and have received confirmation from my old OB that they faxed over my records three times. Avina can never seem to locate them. They also claim there is no other way to receive my records. I’m currently traveling very far to continue appointments at my previous OB because I can’t seem to get this figured out.
Wish they would answer phones sometimes
Absolutely horrendous. Wife and I are switching. Zero communication, you’re better off sending a letter through the mail than getting updates from them. No clue how they are still in business
The staff and the hospital is so nice that we didn't wanted to go home lol . Highly recommended if you are having a baby . 5 star service all the way .
