Always a pleasure to work with this practice. Everyone is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
I truly love the doctors and staff at this facility, with one exception. One of the front desk representatives, a woman with dark hair and glasses, has repeatedly made side comments to the red head, given me rude looks, and seemed visibly annoyed when my newborn cries. These interactions have made me feel uncomfortable during our visits. Aside from this experience, everyone else has been wonderful. The care and kindness shown by the rest of the team are greatly appreciated, and Maffett is absolutely the best. 🥹🤍
Dr. McClain listened to my concerns and asked questions to get more details of my issue. Something that was lacking in my previous experiences. I had no issues scheduling. Recommend her 100%
Have loved my care and doctors here, but they recently got an AI assistant for their phones and I hate it. Feels like I’m leaving a message of personal information that’s just getting left to an abyss.
I really wish zero stars was an options. I went in for an appointment to address some legitimate concerns I was having. I was dismissed and told to come back in six months for a follow up. Well I didn’t make it six months before I was in the ER having emergency surgery. Please, for the sake of your health and wellbeing go to another practice!
