Didn't behave professionally, didn't have enough empathy. Giving you more worries than colsulting you for a good.
It's been more than 1 month still didn't received the report. Dr kalpesh jain need to be more professional and emphatic towards kids
Awesome service, very friendly and highly professional doctor.
This place is so unprofessional, never return calls or emails and the "professionals" or "doctors" are an absolute sham. Incorrect diagnosis of patients (6yr old boy) without proper information to make an assessment. This place should be investigated!
Just got a call from them saying the a specialist is not working on a day and just cancel the appointment without offering a reschedule option. From the onset this appointment was a sham where we kept on getting rescheduled and finally when we did see her the first time, she couldn’t explain why the appointment was needed and didn’t have any background on my child’s problems. Such a poor and unprofessional experience overall.
