Very strange that there was no receptionist, no aircon working and no water in water dispenser in waiting room. Seemed like it was a one man show, Dr Rao acting as receptionist and sending and doing payments, very strange. Unfortunately had to pay $400 for this consultation which is a ludicrous amount of money for getting nothing out of this appointment besides him wanting to give me a series of expensive injections. I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience, but mine was disappointing. I found the overall approach cold, impersonal, and rushed, especially considering the cost. I didn’t feel genuinely listened to, and each appointment felt like it was over before it began. At times, I felt more like a problem to be managed than a person seeking help. I give one star for ordering appropriate tests, but unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling dismissed and unsupported.
Dr Rao runs an absolute joke of a practice. Almost as laughable and ridiculous as his toupee. (Ur bald mate get over it!). I was told my consult would be covered by DVA (defence force) and on arriving he informs me he "can't be bothered with DVA". He then continued to lecture me on everything I already knew so he could squeeze some money out of me for a so-called consult I didn't want and didn't need. Highly recommend. Very professional. Has helped me stay on my feet with a methodical approach to my ankle injury and not rushing my recovery.
