I've been there twice and I felt they don't have good customer service, especially last time. The attention was quick, I wanted to ask questions about the procedure but I felt that they wanted to make the process fast. They only asked me if I had been exposed to the sun, without sharing instructions on how to take care of the skin. Very bad customer service. Rude ppl. Do not go this laser no respect for cutomer. Pathetic Service. They really need to learn how to speak with customer.
After trying a few major chains, I felt intimidated to try a small business cosmetic clinic but have now been loyal for just over two years. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating, and helped direct me to one of their male technicians when I expressed interest in men's laser hair removal, which is a rarity in Sydney.
