I came in last week to see doctor Mark Woo for the first time. All I can say was that he was absolutely amazing. Attention to detail was spot on. Spoke me through the entire process even showed and explained everything he was about to do. If you’re looking for a new injector I highly highly recommend giving him a go. He is extremely knowledgeable and will only recommend exactly what is needed. I will definitely be back !!
I booked a laser appointment and specifically asked whether I could bring my baby. The staff member who took my booking confirmed that this was fine as long as the pram stayed outside the treatment room. On the day of my appointment, I followed those instructions. When my baby became unsettled and started crying during the treatment, that same staff member who booked my appointment became abrupt and dismissive, despite having personally approved the arrangement at the time of booking.
