Great team there always booked but fantastic
My father recently had a pacemaker procedure performed by Prof. Chik at Specialist Services Westmead, and the care we received was truly exceptional. Prof. Chik’s professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise were nothing short of life-saving. Extremely rude person on the phone.
I spoke to Renee about my situation she was very rude and condescending and at the end of the call hang up on me. If this is the way you treat your patients then I'm afraid your stuff need to be retrained on phone manner. I'm so upset about this situation and invite a manager to talk to me.
