I just had a call as a suspected cancer patient that ended in the person saying "oh my god" under their breathe after their confusing call had caused me to panic. Instead of just telling a clearly distressed patient they're wrong, actually stop and ask them what theyre talking about. I was not made aware by anyone that a second office existed in norwest so it would only be natural to think this was the same one. Dr Antia Sherry is good but the reception staff looking after her patients is useless and rude, she was unable to process a simple Medicare refund and puts the work on the patient to claim rebate, also wouldn't stop gossiping about another staff member that they didn't get along with and that they had to be moved because of the issues. Feel sorry for the staff she works amongst.

Unfortunately I had an overall poor service from Dr Vu Kwan at Norwest Private. After a few appointments/months I was left with more pain, more inflammation and less money in my account than I began with. After I had mentioned that I believed the diagnosis & medication was wrong or perhaps, not final, my opinion was dismissed and no further tests or effort was made to help my increased pain and symptoms.
