It’s not a good place to trust wasting people time no organised
The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I would give no stars if that was an option. You just don't talk to people like that, absolutely disgusting! She was a coward and did not even give me her name. I had a Telehealth appointment, called back 1 minute after I missed the call and was number 1 on the waitlist. Waited for over 40 minutes only to be told I cant be seen by the nurse even though I had an appointment and it was still on my time. Terrible experience, waited almost 2 hours in an overcrowded tiny waiting room. The old outpatients had more seating, more room and wait times were not as bad. Disgraceful.
The worst clinic work like company just how much money they make they charge me for 2 nights for cpap devices $150 and they have nurse she when took with first let me my time is valuable I can’t help you …I have many health problem and all department in this hospitals are highly ethical except for this department
