Thank you to Dr Babu for seeing me but the barely 5 min follow up - which I waited over an hour past my appointment time for - could have been a phone call or forward to my GP. Paying $190 (minus some rebate) for a 5 min chat where I'm told "everything is fine" is exorbitant.

I am disgusted by the Lack of Compassion and Basic Courtesy – 3 July 2025 I called Westmead Neurology Outpatient Clinic on 3 July 2025 to check whether my GP referral had been received. What I got was one of the rudest and most dismissive healthcare experiences I’ve ever encountered. I was told — bluntly — that they no longer take public neurology outpatients. Fair enough.
