Please DO NOT attend this practice. Source assistance, help and support from clinics that care, care for your well-being, mental health, emotional health and physical health. If you are trying to source a private practice, it is best to look outside of Hervey Bay (i understand this can be hard), but the alternative is detrimental to your recovery. What an awfully unorganised and time wasting experience. Admin team do not follow up when they say they will. I have been waiting and waiting for an appointment after a referral from my GP. I've had to call and follow up on my own referral. It took two weeks and someone calling on my behalf to be told that they decided to close their books. The owner Elnica. Should be barred from writing reports she is rorting our health system being South African and she reported that a peadophile should be let off because he was only doing what he knows I mean ,called the police on me with no assessment I was handcuffed and dragged to the hospital to be later discharged because they couldn't refer to mental health facility just wrong!!!

Specialist mind care have been, so supportive and caring, this includes the ladies at the desk. They look at the situation in a holistic approach and you feel like you have a team around yoi supporting you to overcome, what ever it is you are needing/ wanting to overcome and process in a therapeutic environment. On hand on a vindictive person's false accusations their Psychiatrist wrote a report for the family court. It's nasty and written in the worst way. None of my family and friends would ever agree to what's written. It'll cost me no a lot to pay an independent Psychiatrist to prove that their Psychiatrist either got paid to write a negative report or she has no idea of reality. I gonna prove that she's absolutely wrong with her opinion which she gained by invented stories in statements of my vindictive ex who tries everything ... read more
