Made an appointment at another site and didn't bother to tell us. Didn't ask for any contact details and send a private message to another number. We missed our urgent appointment and they literally did nothing to accommodate their mistake

I got an X-ray here and it was marked urgent by the doctor. They couldn’t provide me the results because they ran out of paper and refused to send an electronic copy to me saying they aren’t allowed to and asked the doctor to walk to their centre to check my reports. Ridiculous.
Booked an early appointment a week ago to get a US abdomen (fasting). On the day of scanning, was told to go to Grose St centre for the same! I did say the same lady who had booked this appointment a week ago that I want to get the scans done in this centre and hence was willing to wait for a week! Absolutely disappointing!! The staff at reception(Nadia) and the sonographer (Kiera) at Westfield Parramatta centre , were both lovely! I am really grateful that they were able to accommodate me last minute for the U/S. Kiera was thorough and explained everything very well. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much ladies , really appreciate it and keep up the great work! 🎉
