I had a great experience at Specialist Medical Imaging. The staff were friendly and professional, the clinic was clean, and everything felt well organised. The best part was how short the waiting time was, both for the scan and for getting my reports. Overall, an excellent experience and I’d definitely recommend them.
What a horrible experience! My appointment was delayed 30 minutes and nobody informed me about the delay. After I asked one of the receptionists why my appointment was delayed, they told me that they couldn't make my morphology ultrasound! because 20 weeks of pregnancy was not enough for morphology ultrasound! Btw They charge $400 for this! When I left the centre, I booked an appointment with castlereagh Imagine, and they did my ultrasound as soon as possible for $165! Never Ever Again!
I rang around a few centres, and these guys were the quickest to sort me out with an appointment. The staff were lovely and polite, and honestly, I’m really happy with how they looked after me.
I booked an ultrasound for my wrist, but the receptionist scheduled me for a pregnancy ultrasound instead. Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean you should assume that’s the reason I’m there. Please pay closer attention to what patients actually request and don’t ever assume.
I found the staff to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend their services if you need any kind of imaging done.
