Ive been visiting this practice for a few years now and today i really felt their reception staff needs a lesson, very disappointed after todays visit. I had a issue with forwarding my referral via email, For some reason they were not receiving my email even though it was clarely sent on my end. The curly dark haired receptionist was unhelpful, and clearly impatient. The receptionists here are far better than its competitor in the area in terms of customer service. The radiographers and sonographers are also good.
I attended the practice today for an OPG. The reception staff were friendly and professional processing my referral quickly. I was called within minutes by the radiographer who was courteous, reassuring and also professional. Following the procedure, the film was available for me within just a few minutes. Well done, Specialist Medical imaging.

I had a great experience at Specialist Medical Imaging. The staff were friendly and professional, the clinic was clean, and everything felt well organised. The best part was how short the waiting time was, both for the scan and for getting my reports. Overall, an excellent experience and I’d definitely recommend them.
