Clinical experience was fine , but this practice is poorly managed administration wise. Wrong quotes and no transparency about additional costs. No acceptance or accountability of mistakes, no apology.

My experience here was also traumatic (I see some women went through the same ordeal I went through in the reviews) and, even though I dislike leaving reviews, I feel it is my duty to warn other pregnant women about this place. When I had my 20-week scan done, baby wasn’t in the right position, so the sonographer shoved her transducer in my lower belly and she shook it hard from right to left, repeatedly. Lady doing the scan was great, but that was the extent of the positives. Reception staff where not friendly, didn't have any of my information prepared for my appointment that was required, which was booked weeks in advance. Didn't seem to have the knowledge they needed for Medicare claims and didn't seem like they wanted to help 'as they had to many emails to go through'. I wouldn't recommend going here unless completely necessary.

Have had an amazing experience visiting during my twin pregnancy. The team are caring and thoughtful in their approach, and when my twins weren’t cooperating with all the images needed; had me come back a few times until we got what we needed. Having had a poor experience early in my pregnancy at another practice, I can honestly visiting here has been absolutely worth it.
