I was booked for an ultrasound and I was very reluctant. Andrea was absolutely lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Andrea was outstanding—informative, gentle, and reassuring. She took the time to explain each step clearly and answered all my questions without rushing; her empathy and professionalism stood out.

Every single appointment we've had here, they’ve asked us to arrive 10 minutes early — only for us to then wait well over 30 minutes past my scheduled time. They are consistently late, and not once has anyone acknowledged the delay or apologised for the wait. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re told to be early and then left sitting around unnecessarily.

Overpriced, under-informed and what we went in asking to look at was basically dismissed. Would not return. Left feeling very confused and very upset that we didn't get much 3D/4D images of our baby as it is our first pregnancy.
