Dr Whang is absolutely lovely. It's a pity it's near impossible to get through to reception and when you eventually do get to speak to someone they promise to call you back which never happens. Agree with the other poster that said it's ironic that their message says they won't tolerate rudeness but the two ladies I've spoken to this week were both quite rude.

It is near impossible to call as they either have the phones off the hook or are too busy to answer. One receptionist is always rude every time I’m there . The irony is that the phone message says we won’t accept rude behaviour however this woman is ALWAYS rude

Unfortunately skin cancer is the number one cancer in Australia so i would expect a wait to see a skin specialist Wait time is average please view above Price, did I mention specialist the average price is $320 for any specialist Unfortunately the cost of Hex fees are beyond a joke especially for specialists who are at university for about 10years plus overhead costs of staff and equipment

I have had the worst experience here, every appointment I am waiting over an hour to see the doctor and then my kids are seen for 10 minutes each and then I am charged $600. I am a single parent on a low income just trying to get necessary medical treatment for my children who are in constant pain with their skin condition. The reception is even worse, you can never get through and at one point I was calling for an hour, there is no message service and all it replays is their address.
