We bought my second car from Specialist Cars of Bristol today, and, not only are we really pleased with the car but also with the service which is second to none. I purchased a car from these guys back in February and thought I'd give it some time so I'd be able to leave an honest review. 6 months later and it's been perfect. Arranging the test drive was easy. I decided to go ahead with buying the car so placed the deposit. Time wasters, i phoned up to say I wanted to test drive, no problem, an hour later when I arrived obvious problem with the car making a banging noise when driven, they told me they could fix it, took my phone number, not heard from them since.
Buy with confidence. A+ Amazing customer service. Fantastic guys . Buying a new car is stressful but here it really wasnt. Can't fault these guys at all and if i could give more stars i would. Purchased a 61 plate corsa from them a few months back. Have had several issues with it . But they have fixed everything without hesitation. Very polite and always able to get hold of them.
