Warning!!! Do not work for this company. They do not care about you as a carer or as a person. Rotas always late wages always wrong! Management do not care about staffs physical or mental well being. I expressed that the sector of care o was placed was detrimental to my mental health. When I brought it to managers attention I was told its my job and that's what we have to do. Very professional and kind. They looked after my dad and they were excellent. We had a few other agencies,but the Specialist care team were by far the best. Couldn't recommend enough. 10/10.

They looked after my mother in law that has just passed away. The staff are amazing and work so hard you should all be proud of your self's you made my mother in law Rosemary Austin very happy x

I've been a team leader here for a good while now and I absolutely love it! Care Cos and managers are easy to talk to and easy to approach with any concerns, they really care about their service users and always take staff opinions on board making sure it's what's best for the service users. Any issues or concerns I've had have been dealt with immediately and the office staff have been really considerate with my personal life. There is no separation between office and support staff, everyone is treated as an equal! ❤
