I was recently referred to "Specialist Care" in Launceston by my local GP Dr Latt, to whom I am forever grateful. From time of arrival the emphasis certainly focusses on "Specialist". Prof Al Khalafellah and his wonderful staff place a whole new aspect on provision of Health Service. Together with professionalism, efficiency and deliverance comes an air of pleasantness , politeness and an atmosphere of feeling welcome by all who attend the Centre. Dr. Anusha Jorsy is very hard to deal with. She left my step son feeling worse than when he walked in and left my wife in tears over the way she berated her over things outside of our control. When approached for an apology she refused initially to deal with it and we had to follow up multiple times to even get a call back. When eventually called back she took no responsibility for her actions, refused to reclassify the appointment to a lower timed appointment and advised me that my only possible recourse was to have her rem... read more
