On two recent occasions the reception staff displayed no apparent regards for the patients - nor even common courtesies. This makes the patient experience needlessly stressful. It felt like the organisation exists for the employees rather than the clients.
Very bad reception with poor knowledge. Power tripping over patients who have heart conditions. Avoid at all costs!
