Great ECHO service. Horrible receptionist experience. On arrival, receptionists team were too busy gossiping instead of greeting. I've had to contact them to confirm if my husband's report has been sent as my specialist is yet to receive it (that's 1 month later & thank goodness for this Neurologist upstairs to follow up).
