A big thank you to Mick and the team at SAP. I had a problem with hydraulic fluid leaking from the E&P self levelling system on my Coachman Lusso 11, neither the supplying dealer or the manufacturer were interested in helping despite the van being in warranty. Just had VB air suspension fitted to my MWB fiat ducato camper. Wonderful service that was well worth waiting for (don't hang about making a booking, they are very busy). Friendly and courteous. Attention to detail (inspected the bodywork on booking in and asked me to check on completion). Took plenty of time explaining the set up and making sure I was happy. 100% recommend the company.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. from the 2 girls in reception to the Engineer Mick. I was treated with upmost respect and consideration with a very efficient advice and service. Just days before my European holiday, my caravan developed a fault with the E & P levelling system that was in danger of me cancelling the holiday. We had VB semi-air fitted by SAP just over a year ago to help with the stability of our 2015 AutoTrail Tracker.
