We called this company several months ago. We could not open our microwave. Johnny Albritton Jr. came out and said he would order a switch. I guess he forgot because after allowing time for the switch to come in before we called. He requested a photo of the model number. That was three weeks ago. Still no call, or repair. I would call the manager but he is the manager. Do not waste your time call someone that cares.
