I have had 2procedures in 2025 and Dr Ravi Cooray was my anaesthetist for both at St Andrews Hospital. All out of pocket costs explained. Very professional, kind and gentle manner and he made my least favourite part of going under very comfortable. Staff at his rooms were also very considerate and polite. Very pleased with this service. Thank you again.

I recently had gall bladder surgery at St Andrews hospital and Dr Ravi Cooray was my anaesthetist. I have had a few day surgeries with anaesthesia in the last 5 years and this was the least painful insertion in the back of my hand. Vey gentle manner and he made my least favourite part of going under very comfortable. Staff at his rooms were also very considerate and polite. Very pleased with this service. Thank you
Way too expensive. My wife needed breast reconstruction surgery following her breast cancer rollercoaster. Dr Nick Harrington and Specialist Anaesthetic Services took this as an opportunity to charge exorbitant fees even though she'd been through such an ordeal already. My recommendation would be to go back to your surgeon and ask for an anaesthetic practice that is more in touch with helping people rather than extorting their unfortunate circumstances.
Our daughter had Dr Alvin Yeap as her anesthetist and he was absolutely brilliant! He knew exactly what he was talking about (her case is not that straight forward), made her feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to. We can't recommend him highly enough!
