Fantastic service from SAS, had them fit a new aircon unit to our house as well as over the years service and maintain our mothers aircon unit. The guys when fitting our new unit to the roof worked like ants totally professional and never stopped until the job was done. We would highly recommend SAS and will continue to use them A+++
I have an investment property and received a call from my tenant regarding a split system not working. So I engaged Specialised Air Conditioning Solutions to have a look at it, given they had a 4.3 star rating. So they sent out two young guys to have a look at it. According to my tenant, they spent about 5-6 minutes looking at it. The outside unit and only tried to turn on the inside unit. I tried to get another 2 businesses to check out my fridge as this is under 10 years old. After sending emails and phone calls, nothing was done. Specialised Air-conditioning Solutions were highly recommended. Popped into the business to follow up after I had sent an email of my fridge model and serial numbers. SAS was at my place to check out my fridge as this was freezing within an hour. The technician found the fault and ordered parts as required. I am very happy with SAS, recommend business for sure.
