Great service for our son's glasses need. Provided replacement under warranty of failing frame and excellent care overall. Highly recommend and good choice of frames
If you care about customer service then avoid this shop at all costs. After being given some assurance that my expensive Japanese Frames would be suitable for fitting new lenses they were returned damaged. On returning them to the shop all the customer service I was given was “they could not give any guarantee that this would not happen “. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable after service. Beware . Unfortunately I am unable to give a minus score
