We had house fire in 2023. We hired special touch restoration for our contents. Special touch gave verbal estimate of 40 K most and insurance covers everything and we do not have to worry about the cost. We did sign a contract without estimated amount. Special touch also told us plastic can't be saved because chemicals during fire makes it dangerous to use. Special touch took long time to clean our stuff.
