The Avenue Madison has had a great experience with Special Touch Restoration. They did excellent work and made sure everything that needed to be taken care of was handled properly. The team was professional, thorough and paid attention to the details. What really stood out was their follow up- they checked in to make sure everything was done right and that we were satisfied. 10/10 Highly recommend! Nathan and his team were great to work with…very professional and careful with our things. Having to pack out (and pack back in) our entire first floor was no slight task and the team handled it wonderfully. I have worked with quite a few moving companies over the years and this was the best experience we have had..very impressed. They arrived when they said they would and made sure we were pleased with everything. Special Touch is definitely what they gave this project!

We had a leak in the bathroom. Ryan and the gang came through with dehumidifiers- a - blazin'! These guys worked like men, carried themselves like men, and done what they said they would in a timely manner. Special touch wasn't pushy through the process with the insurance company and kept me up to date with what was going with ALFA. I highly recommend. Ask for Ryan.
