Our church experienced a massive interior water leak, and Special Touch was contacted for services. Nathan answered the call and dispatched a crew within a short amount of time to assess the situation and begin the remediation process. A brief time later more crews arrived as they completed services for other scheduled jobs to join in the restoration process. Nate and Bailey were absolutely amazing, 10/10! We had a major water leak, and they had everything dried out and cleaned up within just a few days. Super impressed with their professionalism and how smoothly they handled everything. We’ll definitely be using Special Touch for any future restoration needs!

Josh and Bailee made a stressful situation so much better! We had a leak that flooded our basement. They came out the day we called and answered all of my questions and were so easy to work with! Highly recommend!
