10/10 Highly recommend! Nathan and his team were great to work with…very professional and careful with our things. Having to pack out (and pack back in) our entire first floor was no slight task and the team handled it wonderfully. I have worked with quite a few moving companies over the years and this was the best experience we have had..very impressed. They arrived when they said they would and made sure we were pleased with everything. Special Touch is definitely what they gave this project!
We had a leak in the bathroom. Ryan and the gang came through with dehumidifiers- a - blazin'! These guys worked like men, carried themselves like men, and done what they said they would in a timely manner. Special touch wasn't pushy through the process with the insurance company and kept me up to date with what was going with ALFA. I highly recommend. Ask for Ryan. Our church experienced a massive interior water leak, and Special Touch was contacted for services. Nathan answered the call and dispatched a crew within a short amount of time to assess the situation and begin the remediation process. A brief time later more crews arrived as they completed services for other scheduled jobs to join in the restoration process. Nate and Bailey were absolutely amazing, 10/10! We had a major water leak, and they had everything dried out and cleaned up within just a few days. Super impressed with their professionalism and how smoothly they handled everything. We’ll definitely be using Special Touch for any future restoration needs!
The employees of this company were great! I had a issue with my home and they kept me informed and promptly responsive to all my concerns. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!
