I am so glad I was able to find this company and have them do my water damage and mold assessment and clean up. Nathan was easy to talk with and was accommodating to my needs. And worked so well with me. His crew also worked so well with me. Joshua explained what they were going to do from start to finish. He was very empathetic and professional. They all did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with this Company. I highly recommend them. Thank you very much to all of you!

The Avenue Madison has had a great experience with Special Touch Restoration. They did excellent work and made sure everything that needed to be taken care of was handled properly. The team was professional, thorough and paid attention to the details. What really stood out was their follow up- they checked in to make sure everything was done right and that we were satisfied. 10/10 Highly recommend! Nathan and his team were great to work with…very professional and careful with our things. Having to pack out (and pack back in) our entire first floor was no slight task and the team handled it wonderfully. I have worked with quite a few moving companies over the years and this was the best experience we have had..very impressed. They arrived when they said they would and made sure we were pleased with everything. Special Touch is definitely what they gave this project!
