This Company did a poor job. He soaked my carpet with a pass and moved on. I don’t think the vacuum part of his machine sucked up anything. I was very disappointed in the job he did. I expressed my displeasure and even got my shop vac out and tried getting water out right in front of him and he didn’t care that I was not happy with the job he did. I will not be using this company again.

We had Special Touch steam clean our carpeting and chairs about 4 months ago and the person did a good job. 2 weeks ago we had them come to clean our carpeting, 2 recliners and our stairs. The person that came said he was going to use the dry cleaning method since we have 2 dogs and they couldn't clean our recliners. The 1 workman smelled so bad it was gagging. Worst Carpet Cleaning Company I have ever used. Came out to house in unmarked white van and took out a cleaning machine that you can rent at any drugstore. Carpet looks worse after they finished than before they started. Stains still there and carpet was soaked! Would not recommend this company!
In October 2019 I called Special Touch Carpet Cleaners to come out and clean my carpet. There was no furniture that needed to be moved I had prepped the rooms that were going to be cleaned. The technician arrived on time and that is the ONLY good thing I have to say! The technician was rude & lazy. I brought it to his attention that he had not sprayed a certain area & he said he had when I know for a fact he had not.
