Unfortunately, my experience with Special Services At Home has been very frustrating. They almost never answer the phone or emails. I leave them voice messages and they never get back to me. I even resorted to sending a letter to their executive director and I never received a response from them. Their processing time is two months (and longer) while they promise families and caregivers a processing time of one month.
