BEWARE! I rarely write reviews but hopefully more people see this! The people who are running the desk are the most rudest unprofessional individuals I ever encountered. God forbid you have your property in their hands. My vehicle had caught fire while driving late night and was immobile in the side of the road. Unfortunately the towing company I preferred didn’t get to my vehicle in time so highway patrol had requested these guys without my authorization. I could have been seriously hurt but there was zero empathy about my ... read more
