Their drivers can't even find the right house. They unloaded a huge crate in my side yard and then proceeded to walk it around the neighborhood ringing doorbells and laughing about how they can't find the address. I would't trust them with my freight.

Most unprofessional and impatient driver I've ever dealt with. Demanded that I give him my last name (you're not law enforcement) but was given my first name and first initial. Apparently not good enough, too bad. As he was leaving started commenting how ridiculous I am and it's not hard to just do as he asks. I'll be asking vendors not to use this circus again.

Terrible customer services I honestly believe these high rating are paid rating to make it seem as this company provide good services

Wow never had such an unprofessional, unpleasant, pick up before in my 20 yrs of transporting one of my customers equipment. Pick up time was 8 am I was 745 am arriving time I waited until 8am for place to open I politely ask ware house employee to direct me to my destination I was rudely told this I Would have to wait until 10 AM due to other shipments would be loaded first even though I spoke with The boss of the building Friday and Customer Who both told me to be there at 8 AM to pick up shipment. One of your drivers tried to pull a 40 ton peice of metal in front of my car on Gresham Lake Rd. I had children inside and if it wasn't for my seat belt they would've gone right through that windshield. Don't do that again I'd hate to file a police report.
