Should be less than 1-Star. I haven't even made a claim and it is already the most difficult insurance company to deal with. Nothing but delays, lack of support, and ridiculous limitations. Not sure why agents even work with this agency but please, if your are shopping around for insurance, keep moving. I feel a bit doubtful that some of those positive reviews are real. I never post negative reviews, but this agency is truly terrible and I hope this review helps. I will be cancelling as soon as our time is up.

Likely the worst company to deal with. We are going on 9 months, and no support. It was a business insurance claim due to another tenants flooding. They have been nothing but lousy and have done nothing to help it. They have fully denied a claim, that we are covered for, and are hoping we just go away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We are now having to seek legal council and file a formal complaint!

Just had 3 broken windows replaced by Crystal Glass, very efficient and very pleased with the end result. SRIM staff were excellent at assisting me, as a senior, to get this done in the most expedient way by direct billing for me. Well done and thank you, SRIM

Josslin Brokers are awful ripoff artists for commercial insurance. Offer you a 12 months payment plan, where the last 3 payments are your next years down payment. Fraudulent, nasty, Avoid these crooks at all costs. Special Risk should drop these idiots as brokers. Very bad service, and to a 10 year customer with perfect payment history and no claims.
