My son party is tomorrow and I’ve been shopping around for the past week and comparing prices. These were the only bat man bag I could find. I Go to purchase them and they ring up a totally different price!!! They are on the shelf marked for $4.29 and at the register for $9! I immediately say something about the price difference. If I could leave negative stars I would! Not only are almost all the shelves bare with little to choose from if you buy something and it doesn’t work out they will not take it as a return even with the receipt! What a joke their customer service !! Party city will get ALL my event business from this point forward! THIS WAS AT THE KETTERING LOCATION! Great place for greeting cards!
This place is awesome!! I ordered party decorations that arrived late so I needed a place that could blow up 30 balloons as well as large number balloons the same day. I was able to drop off my balloons (I purchased from Amazon) and pick up a couple hours later, thanks to Special Occasions! Highly recommend!
This is a great place to get custom balloon bouquets, party supplies for small or large celebrations, as well as costumes, makeup, and masks for Halloween or stage production! (Only Foy's has a comparable selection of Halloween costumes and makeup). Best of all, the staff are always friendly, helpful, and eager to help you find what you need. Skip the big box store at the mall and get the personal service you expect from a quality local establishment!
