Customer Service Experience Only: My fiancé called for a quote on chairs, was greeted by a woman who seemed to already be annoyed over the fact that we only required chairs for our event. Was basically given the run around that they don't "do events with time constraints", referring to the fact that we would only require them for a ceremony, not reception, and had only asked if half day rental was an option. We rented a tent, tables, chairs, and linens from Special Occasions Party Rental for our backyard wedding, and everything exceeded our expectations. The tent looked absolutely beautiful in the yard, and the tables, chairs and linens were perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. The setup was seamless, and the tear down and cleanup was just as easy. They made the whole process stress-free. Brett was fantastic to work with throughout.
