Customer Service Experience Only: My fiancé called for a quote on chairs, was greeted by a woman who seemed to already be annoyed over the fact that we only required chairs for our event. Was basically given the run around that they don't "do events with time constraints", referring to the fact that we would only require them for a ceremony, not reception, and had only asked if half day rental was an option. Had they simply said half days weren't an option we were still interested in paying the full day amount, but the woman... read more
