Don't rent your better off renting the The Sampson County Exposition Center, better price and they will definitely give you your deposit if you clean. I agree to with the lady comment below said they be doing shady stuff and charging people more than others. The lady that owns it agrees to their conduct. Highly priced! They charge you extra money if you need extra chairs at $3 per chair and $5 per table when everything should be included it's a lot of money you're paying for the building rental that they are charging extra for chairs and tables, they change the pricing every three months, right now renting out for $3,900 or more some people get it rented for low depending on who you are and sometimes free.
