I would leave no stars if I could. I’ve previously been here before and loved the experience, I went again and had a complete different experience. I walked in not even close to closing time and there’s nobody there but a customer. I tell them it’s for 3 pedicures she says yes, then proceeds to look at the clock and says actually it’s 2 hours of wait time. The customer even looked at her and smirked. Went in for a pedicure as a first time customer and got body shamed by the nail tech. Through small talk I let her know I had a baby 9 months ago. She made comments about my weight and asked what my ethnicity was I said Hispanic and she said yeah Hispanic men love big woman. Then said something about how she got surgery of some sort to help with weight or something along those lines. It got super awkward and uncomfortable after that.
