Went in for a pedicure as a first time customer and got body shamed by the nail tech. Through small talk I let her know I had a baby 9 months ago. She made comments about my weight and asked what my ethnicity was I said Hispanic and she said yeah Hispanic men love big woman. Then said something about how she got surgery of some sort to help with weight or something along those lines. It got super awkward and uncomfortable after that. A great shop. Excellent manicure and pedicure. Helpful and accommodating staff. Highly recommend.
I came in for a full set. Told me to Have a seat and wait. I waited for a hour. To people come in asking for a pedicure, they have them sit down on the spa chair. Maybe going to another 35 almost 40 minutes still waiting. One of the nail tech gets done with her Customer and she goes straight to the pedicure. Mind you I was before the two people that came in. And didn’t get acknowledged while I’m sitting still waiting. I can’t speak over the work It’s just over the customer service. I wouldn’t come here again.
If I could leave a half star I would. Save your money and go somewhere else. The workers are rude and talk trash about the customers.
