I came in for a full set. Told me to Have a seat and wait. I waited for a hour. To people come in asking for a pedicure, they have them sit down on the spa chair. Maybe going to another 35 almost 40 minutes still waiting. One of the nail tech gets done with her Customer and she goes straight to the pedicure. Mind you I was before the two people that came in. And didn’t get acknowledged while I’m sitting still waiting. I can’t speak over the work It’s just over the customer service. I wouldn’t come here again.

If I could leave a half star I would. Save your money and go somewhere else. The workers are rude and talk trash about the customers.

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional edit:The issue was entirely at this solon and this was only solon i went to. the main issue however was customer service, dishonesty, and lack of accountability . Unfortunately your employees who do have customer service and do good work lose out on money because the owner lacks professionalism She cut my moms toes way to short and filed her natural nails paper thin in addition to the bad polish job which ruined her pedicure because she had to use polish remover. there was no... read more
