Horrific place to work. Like stepped back in time. Poor management.
1979 - 2001. Amazed it didn't fold, the management were so bad, utterly clueless! Senior managers stayed within the confines of Zenith House. Department managers either Sat in their office with vacant expressions on their faces or wandered around, oblivious to what was going on around them, never engaging shop floor operatives in conversation concerning their role, asking them questions on how to improve processes, they were so useless, so ineffective!
