It was a great experience, staff were knowledgable and friendly, with quick service time!
They do not require appointments, so I was there before the doors opened, and was tucked right into a bay for an oil change; I think I was in and out in 20 minutes. I was appalled at the cost, but I usually go elsewhere, and I'm used to a few more services for a bit less money. But this is Montana in winter, and driving to my usual, which is out of state, was out of the question. I'm delighted that Special Lube is open on Saturdays which seems to be a rarity anymore. The first oil change they did for me was 1.5 quarts low. The second one they didn’t reset the oil life monitor, did they actually change the oil, who knows as it’s a closed system. Avoid this place. It’s funny to me they didn’t address the real issue of filling my oil too low on the first oil change. I reset the oil light, just shows a pattern of poor performance.
