First of all after leaving I went and checked my washer fluid and they forgot to put my cap back on. So I had to buy a new cap from Toyota. On a Toyota Tacoma you have to take the front skid plate off to change the oil, there are four bolts on the skid plate they forgot to put one back in and they snapped another one off. They use an impact gun on everything.you guys did my last oil change and probably 6 before that.your records are wrong.

3 of my buddies and I were on a road trip when the splash shield started dragging off the bottom of my car. We stopped in and they were able to fix it within 15 minutes when though they were already busy. On top of that, they didn’t charge us for the fix either. Top tier place.
