Great Kids, Great Concept, Nice Building however; Poor Management hence the high turnover rate. Special Kids management team to my knowledge was either fired, or they left to find better jobs over the last few months. High turnover rates effects the quality of care one can experience. I believe the board should change Sr. Management. My wife worked here for 9.5 years and was fired without one write up.
