We’ve been having problems with the other bathroom for quite some time, never got around to solving it until it no longer could be ignored. Kyle got right to work ripping out our old bathroom, fixing the pipes and a clog that was the root of the problem. He replaced everything including putting in a new shower! We went for low cost, nothing fancy but workable. He got all the parts and shower and didn’t break the bank! Thanks so much Kyle for all of your hard work and headaches with this one.

I had a project to plumb a new bathroom in my basement. I called every single local plumber in the Spring Lake, Muskegon and Grand Haven area. Not a single one of them called me back! Kyle of Special K answered his phone on the second ring. He came right out, gave me an estimate, and did the work in a very professional manner. The very next day, I had a major clog in my upstairs bathroom, I called Kyle again, he came right out in a couple of hours and solved the problem. Give him a call! He will actually answer the phone! Kyle and his crew worked incredibly hard on an out-dated plumbing system that seemed to be the ‘gift that kept on giving:)’. As problems came up, Kyle and his crew handled them with grace and patience! The job turned out (as many house projects do) to be way bigger than we originally thought. However, they kept working late into the night until everything was just right - even coming back to check something I had a question about after they had already left.
