I don't think the customer service team is very nice. i have complained to my HR department to give other supplemental coverage options. Dont be surprised if you feel violated after encountering this provider.
Special insurance services is the worst insurance company on the face of this Earth. They let me go 6 weeks with a broken arm without any treatment whatsoever. Get a different insurance company while you can

If you hear of your employer even considering this company, beg them to reconsider....or find a new job. They try to find any way possible to pay zero claims. Total waste of time and money.
