Outstanding service! The company manager that I spoke with to arrange transportation added an extra attendant to ensure that my 101 y/o mother-in-law would be transported to and from her medical appointment safely. The attendants were kind, empathetic, polite, and extremely professional and caring. I intend on using this company from now on for my mom-in-law's future medical transportation needs.

Having never had to use a service like this before I was pleased with the ease of using Special Delivery Mobility. I dealt with Frank who was prompt and professional. He was very personable and kind to my sister on the 180 mile journey that they took together. I would highly recommend this company .
