A huge thank you to all the lovely ladies at Special Day Bridal! We were looked after by Amy during my first visit. Whilst I had preselected dresses I did love, Amy picked up on small details throughout the process. This is the perfect place to find your dream wedding dress. From the moment I first walked in, the staff was so warm, welcoming and helpful. They were incredibly accommodating with my appointments and went out of their way to make sure I felt special during my visit. Even when I took both some of my bridal party they were so accommodating and really added to the experience or the gals day out. Honestly such a fantastic experience. Both visits both ladies Nikki & Michelle were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend and certainly the best wedding dress shop experience I had out of the 6 boutiques around Bristol I went to.
This was the 3rd shop I went to and a wonderful experience. All staff are lovely and helpful. No pressure. Massive selection which I hadn't realised before how big they are. Lots of very reasonable prices dresses. I tried on a large selection and came back to confirm once I'd thought about it. All the fittings and follow ons were seamless. Can't recommend enough!
Michelle was outstanding. She made trying on wedding dresses so much fun, she was patient and took so much care in helping me to decide. My Mum, sister and I had a fantastic time at Special Day during both visits. I’m beyond delighted with my wedding dress and can’t recommend Special Day and Michelle enough!! Saying yes to the dress with a glass of champagne in the shop is a memory I’ll cherish for life! Thank you
