This company is so unorganized, unprofessional and doesn't care about their employees!!!!!! How can a company go against what the county police department is saying!!! This is Not a first responder company!!! And if things were properly managed in the first place the patients nor employees would have to suffer!!! How can you be so irresponsible and heartless when it hasn't even been 10 hours since hurricane Milton came through our town and wiped out power as well as all the destruction. What a shame

There customer service is terrible. Had a AM appointment and they never showed until 6 pm. Called to complain and got hung up on. AVOID at all cost.

This company is AWFUL!!! It took forever for them to bring the hospital bed for my mother, who was in her last days with Hospice. The tech called and said they would be delivering by 1:00 pm. The finally showed up after 6:00 pm that night! My mother passed on Sunday. The Hospice nurse made arrangements for them to pick up all medical equipment on Monday. They were supposed to call my sister’s cell phone to let us know their ETA, but rather called my mother’s house phone, which was not being answered. Needless to say, they di... read more

Lies about ETA for multiple days, leaving someone to stare at the hospital bed that they found their mother dead on, sitting waiting for multiple days. Technician Steven is as dumb as a rock. I would leave 0 stars if I could.
