I think the grooming at this shop is fine, what I would like to say is that it is very unfair of this salon to tack on 25 extra dollars because the animal was longer than usual due to the Covid outbreak and salon being closed. My animal is a regular and he always has been scheduled for next upcoming grooming. I have been out of work for about 6 weeks, like everyone else, and I feel this exorbitant fee is highway robbery.
