Ethan was running a bit behind but he had amazing customer service, listened to my questions and concerns politely plus he did a wonderful job on my carpets. Will definitely recommend this place to others!
Ethan was fantastic and did a great job cleaning our couch and chairs. I was frustrated, because in the email they sent they said they’d “be there around 3”. At 3:30 still a no show and after a couple calls/emails to them they said they were running behind, which is understandable, but I just wish it would have been communicated with me without me having to call a bunch! The work was great, and I’m sure it was a one-off. Thank you!
Rajneel was wonderful. Called ahead, showed up on time, told me how it all worked and was very understanding of many stairs (though we made sure to help, since we were grateful that he took the job when other companies had declined). Treat our place with respect and made sure to explain how the drying process goes and some tips and tricks too. Thanks for the help!
