After being turned down by two other carpet cleaning companies that didn’t want to tackle such a dirty carpet, I called Special Care Carpet and Ethan showed up the next day and did a great job! Got out stains I didn’t think would come out. Carpet looks great and my landlord even noticed how clean the carpet looked and is very impressed! Communication was excellent. Highly recommend!
I called them on a sunday and they came within a day, Ethan walked me through the process, because the initial treatment we had done on our own l, he explained there maybe a chance the stain will not be 100% removed, he did such amazing job for us, stain were removed and he saved our carpet! Will definitely recommend them to friends who need carpet cleaning!
If there was a way to give 10 stars I would!!! After very disappointing results from booking two other companies, I was lucky to discover Special Care. The booking was seamless, communicated well, arrived on time and was very efficient. This was by far the very best carpet clean I have had in 10 years. Ethan was running a bit behind but he had amazing customer service, listened to my questions and concerns politely plus he did a wonderful job on my carpets. Will definitely recommend this place to others!
Ethan was fantastic and did a great job cleaning our couch and chairs. I was frustrated, because in the email they sent they said they’d “be there around 3”. At 3:30 still a no show and after a couple calls/emails to them they said they were running behind, which is understandable, but I just wish it would have been communicated with me without me having to call a bunch! The work was great, and I’m sure it was a one-off. Thank you!
