I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the Special and Superior Officers Benevolent Association (S.S.O.B.A.) and how I was represented regarding my separation from Mount Sinai after approximately 10 years of employment. I was told by union representatives that I should sign an agreement that would convert my termination into a resignation.
