I've phoned twice because I want a renovation of our home. They can't be bothered to return calls. I checked with the receptionist, and yes 'John' has the message. I fully understand if they aren't taking on new business at this time. I do not understand why either the receptionist or the owner/employee could not call back to say they can't take on my project. Thirty seconds... not a big deal. They also could have left a voice message or text. Simple, common courtesy -- anyone else remember that?
