I was referred to the amazing Lauren Cornell of Specht Physical Therapy by my chiropractor, Dr. Ellen McNally. Lauren helped me immensely to strengthen and stretch weak areas that contributed to my muscle pains, knots, and numbness. I am not an athlete but I like to play one when I'm in the gym.
